Nature is not only beautiful, it offers many mental health and physical health related benefits to anyone willing to take time to explore and commune with it.

From the art of "forest bathing" - where people take long walks in the forest or among trees to soothe anxiety and ease stress - to modern remedies that suggest gardening to reduce blood pressure and ease stress-related illness, nature is being prescribed as a solution to many modern-day aches and pains. 

When we visit nature, we are reminded of who we are and where we belong. We see the thousands of tiny interactions between light and air, water and soil, plant and earth, that make up living on this planet. 

When we commune with nature, we are reminded that growth takes time. That nothing is alone, all is interwoven, and life is not a solitary act but a great coming together of will and movement.
