Due to actions taken on our part and on the part of our artists, vendors and manufacturers to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, there is a possibility that the ship time illustrated on each of our product pages MAY be delayed. We are doing our utmost to keep items in stock and to ship from our facility in a timely manner. However, due to closings of facilities and reduced workforce environments, delays might be encountered. We will communicate with you via email if there is a delay in the shipment of your order.
STATEMENT FROM UPS on 3.26.2020 Suspension of Small Package Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local and national government entities regarding applicable regulations. Please continue to visit ups.com's Coronavirus web page for the most up-to-date information regarding the impact of Coronavirus on UPS Small Package services. We currently offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING when shipping GROUND only to the lower 48 states, on orders over $99 (after other promotions and discounts and before taxes and shipping). Free ground shipping offers are for orders shipped to one address in the contiguous 48 states only. This free shipping offer does not apply to any expedited shipping methods. The shipping method may be USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Sure-Post or Smart-Post at our discretion determined by shipping origin, destination, package size and weight. All shipping costs are based upon real time rates using weight and/or dimensions of the item shipped. We do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. Some exceptions to this policy may include furniture, very heavy items or very large items. Shipping surcharges for these items will be calculated and communicated to the customer prior to processing an order. Only one promo code, coupon code, free shipping code or special promotion may be used with a single order.
Shipping times will vary with ground shipping and could take up to a week depending upon destinations. UPS DOES NOT USUALLY DELIVER ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. When calculating ship times, the day of shipment is not one of the days and weekends and holidays are also not part of the calculation. If you place an order on Tuesday and request TWO DAY AIR, if it is available to ship next business day it would arrive on Friday. If you need to have quicker shipping and shorter times for delivery, please upgrade your shipping from free shipping to EXPEDITED shipping which is available on most items and is based upon real time rates. Please note that the expedited shipping time guarantee does not apply when weather events or other events beyond anyone's control occur that prevent packages arriving on time. There will not be refunds for payments made for expedited shipping in this event.
ALASKA, HAWAII and APO Shipments
We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. Priority Mail rates are shown at checkout. We will also ship to APO's, FPO's and DPO's and all US Territories provided the item(s) that needs to be shipped can be shipped by the USPS via priority mail.
CANADA, AUSTRALIA, Other OVERSEAS Shipments
We will gladly ship to CANADA, AUSTRALIA, and a few other overseas countries provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to ship via International Priority Mail. Rates are shown prior to checkout. Some items do not ship to these countries PLEASE NOTE that any duties, taxes, fees will be your responsibility and collected from you prior to your delivery and that the shipping costs that are presented on our website are for shipping only.

Wildlife Wonders occasionally offers SALES, DISCOUNTS, COUPONS and PROMOTIONS. These discount coupons, promo codes, sales prices and extended free shipping offers are valid only during the times and dates specifically stated in the promotion and cannot be applied to prior sales. One promo code, coupon code, or special promotion may be used with a single order. Often certain coupons and discounts do not apply to specific products, such as clearance items or specific vendors or suppliers such as Franz Porcelain, Manual Woodworkers and others.

OTHER SHIPPING ISSUES...
Some furniture and larger items are shipped by freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery. You are responsible for moving these items from curbside. You are also responsible for all freight charges and/or shipping charges and restocking fees if you refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight/shipping charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from any refund if you refuse delivery or cancel your order while your merchandise is in transit. We do not ship larger items to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.
If, FOR ANY REASON, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, fully insured by whatever method you choose, TO OUR FACILITY in Austin, Texas, within 30 days of receipt, for a store credit or a refund of the cost of the item purchased, MINUS any shipping and handling costs that we incurred shipping to you. All returns must be in exceptional, unused, unworn, unaltered condition with original box and packaging materials (including any informational product cards or pamphlets and boxes), and RECEIVED by us in our facility within the 30 days.
Complete customer satisfaction is a foundation of our business. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it TO OUR FACILITY in Austin, Texas. All orders placed between November 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020, can be returned until January 31, 2021, for an exchange, store credit or refund of the cost of the item purchased. All returns must be in new, unaltered condition with original manufacturer's box and packaging materials, including informational product cards or pamphlets and RECEIVED by us at our facility within the 30 days. Items purchased during the holiday season, beginning November 1st, will have an extended return date of January 31st of the following year.
Gift certificates, special orders, ALL ITEMS MARKED MADE TO ORDER (regardless of whether one may be in stock), items that sell for more than $1000.00, personalized items, BULK ORDERS of 3 or more of the same item, or layaway purchases are nonrefundable. These sales are final.
To process A RETURN YOU may go to your "Completed Orders Page" in your account on our website and complete the form or you may contact Customer Service via email or by phone at 512-531-9030 for a return authorization number. This RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of shipment to you. After receipt of the RMA please:
- Return your item to our facility in Austin, TX, in its original packaging materials just like they were received.
- Insure the return for its full value. We will not accept returned items damaged in transit so you would have to recover from the shipping company if damage occurs. No refunds will be given for returned items broken in shipment.
- On accepted returns we will refund the value of the item, less any shipping costs that we incurred due to free shipping offers.
- Refused delivery of ordered items, may not be accepted by us as a return and no refund will be due or we may accept the item back with a 25% restocking fee.
- If this return policy is not followed, we may refuse the return or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee at our sole discretion.
Please allow at least one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement. We will process your credit as soon as possible after receipt of your return. Your reimbursement will be made as follows:
- Replacement or Exchange
- Wildlife Wonders Gift Card if the recipient was not the purchaser
- Refund Check if the order was paid for by cash or check
- Credit to the original credit/debit card used

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS or DEFECTIVE ITEMS...
If your product was damaged in shipment to you or if you believe that there is a defect with the item, please call us immediately at 512-531-9030. It is very important for you to keep the all original packaging. We will replace any damaged item or defective item at no cost to you and handle the processing of the return of the product, if we are notified within 3 days from the date the product was received.
