Not what I saw pictured

I was so excited to order the product I saw pictured on the order page, but what I received was different. Instead of being a smooth mug, it had big ridges at the bottom of the mug, distorting the beauty of the dragonfly design. I had ordered it as a gift for a good friend. With disappointment, I gave it to her anyway, but my enjoyment was marred. I'm so sorry you don't have an accurate photo on your order page. I would probably not have ordered the mug if you had. I don't like the ridged mug. RESPONSE: We are sorry that you were not pleased with the mug. The ridges that you refer to are in fact in the picture as listed, however they do not show up very well, because of the white background of the picture.
