- For centuries, the art of creating sculptures in precious metals involved the traditional process of hot casting
- Through a combination of cold casting and electro-forming, the sculptures are initially plated with a .015 inch thick (400 micras) layer of copper
- Silver or gold (24K) plated at a thickness of .001 of an inch (24 micras) is then applied
- A polyester and fiber interior glass core reinforces the metal cover
- All pieces are protected with a lacquer preventing tarnish
Prices start at $200 per piece and there is a 10 piece minimum purchase.
Production time is approximately 8 weeks.
Prototype sample will be provided in two dimensions for approval prior to production.
