We truly value you, our customer, and want to reward you for each and every return visit to our store. Our REWARDS PROGRAM, effective 10.27.2017, is an easy way to earn points and save more! Here are a few FAQ's:
How do I join your rewards program?
Joining our rewards program is easy. If you Create an Account as a CUSTOMER in our store, then you have to do nothing! All customers with accounts are automatically enrolled. If you are not a registered customer, simply CREATE an ACCOUNT, the next time you shop and you will be enrolled in our rewards program.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every dollar that you spend once you have an account on our store.
How does your rewards program work?
Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend with us. When you have at least 200 points, they are converted into store credit. Depending on your continued spending level with our store, you will earn anywhere from 1-3% store credit. Your reward level adjusts yearly depending upon yearly spend level. Here are our three reward levels:
Spend Level Reward Level
Silver: Spend $1-1000. Earn 1 point per $ spent. Each point equal $.01 store credit.
Example: Spend $300 and earn 300 points which equals $3.00 in store credit.
Gold: Spend $1001-4000 Earn 1 points per $ spent. Each point equals $.02 store credit.
Example: Spend $1700 and earn 1700 points which equals $34.00 in store credit.
Platinum: Spend $4001 and Up Earn 1 point per $ spent. Each point equals $.03 store credit
Example: Spend $5000 and earn 5000 points which equals $150.00 in store credit.
How do I redeem points?
Your points are only redeemable and automatically redeemed for you once you have earned at least a $2.00 store credit. This means that the next time you shop with us, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you, and automatically applied to your order. We want to make it easy for you to earn rewards.
Do my points expire?
Your points never expire.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Reward points are available to customers with accounts only.
Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or shipping.
Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
Points are non-transferable.
Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
Members must be 18 years or older.
Store credits earned on returned items will be canceled and if already paid, deducted from refund amount.
Unused points never expire and are redeemable only when at least $2.00 in store credits have been earned.
