About the Artist
Award winning artist Andy Schumann has been hand crafting memorable gifts and keepsakes since 1984 when he humbly started his journey in the state of Wisconsin. His love for wildlife and birds inspired him to start carving wooden sculptures for his clients.
He was born in 1960 and has lived all over the United States. In 1989 Andy received a B.A. in Humanities and Education, with a Minor in art at Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. In 1993 business was booming and this allowed him to open his studio full time in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Andy started using bronze and pewter as his favored medium, making him highly collectible and in many permanent museum collections. Each piece is handmade for you with the highest quality and care possible.
